Shipping Terms and Information

• Casey Jayne’s usually ships within 24 to 48 hours of ordering. Occasionally, we may not be able to ship within this time frame. If this occurs, Casey Jayne’s will make every attempt to contact you within this same time frame regarding the reason for the delay and to resolve how you would like to proceed with your order. If Casey Jayne’s cannot reach you within this time frame we will proceed with shipping when the order is ready.
   
• Shipping is via United States Postal Service or UPS. If no selection is made, shipping will be via USPS.
   
• Insurance in not provided by Casey Jayne’s. If you elect shipping insurance, it will be added to your order.

Refunds and Payment Terms

• Casey Jayne’s does not offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the product being sold. If you are unsure of a scent we recommend the try it sizes!
   
• Payment is accepted in the form of Discover, MasterCard, Visa, money order, or by check. If paying by money order or check, your order will be shipped after receipt of payment.
